Shipping methods
Deliveries are managed by our logistics partners UPS, DHL, GLS, and TNT. We process and send orders during our main service hours, from Monday to Friday, 8am - 12pm and 2pm - 5pm). We normally ship within 24 - 48 hours. All our shipments are insured against theft and damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.
Delivery times
Within the EU delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, international parcels take up to 3 to 7 business days.
Order tracking
The moment the goods are shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your shipment, with which you can track your shipment.
Duty and Tax
Within the EU duty or tax is included. International deliveries are made DDU (delivery duty unpaid). This means that all customs taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
